I have Mac OS X 10.7 since Christmas.
Apple's desktop OS has fallen into disarray as the company shifted focus to iOS. Four major Mac developers say its time for that to change. Basically, a false mount is a folder created with the same name as your Install drive, and that makes the Install disk adopt the same name with '1' at the end, i.e. 'Install Mac OS Sierra 1'. If this error happens: in Finder, click on Go Go to Folder menu; Type /Volumes/. If a folder (not a disk!) is named 'Install macOS Sierra', 'Install OS X Yosemite', or 'Install OS X El Capitan', delete the folder (you may need admin. Apple didn't update the Finder in one of the Mac OS X 10.7 updates, and therefore that application's individual version isn't the same as that of the OS as a whole, which can be checked by choosing About this Mac from the Apple menu. Close VS for Mac, start Xcode and create a test project which you run on a simulator. If it works try again in VS for Mac; Close VS for Mac, goto Xcode - Preferences - Accounts and download the manual profiles of your developer account. Try again in VS for Mac; Clean your project: In VS for Mac, goto Build - Clean All.
Afetr updating to 10.7.2 I noticed that the Finder window 'About Finder' shows me that I have the 10.7.1 version installed, though, according to 'Software Update' I have 10.7.2. When I updated my Mac to 10.7.3, 'About Finder' started showing that I have 10.7.2 installed..
